-     If you know anyone who has moved into area, tell them to register a head of time and if anyone knows of anyone moving - best to let office know as soon as possible

• Investments - no change
• Flower planters - Suzy and Robyn have taken care of plants for the front - from school budget and not council
• Last day of school banners - will use same as last year. Any volunteers to help? - Alfonso to help
• No change to grad financials
• Hot lunches - $55,518 - expected to decrease as Session 6 invoices continue to be paid
• Cash online fees have now been paid $5626.86 (total paid this year)
• Estimated finish to carry over $50,000
• Grad Current Account Balance$14,979 expected to change as invoices are received and vendors are paid
• Booster Juice possibly change to a council fundraiser
• Change Krispy Kreme to another vendor? - Crumble Cookies or Craigs
• Love Gelato fundraising idea to be used for grad committee

BBQ:

• List of Activities discussed with council
• Ice Cream truck - families order and pay ice-cream directly on the day - not using a treat ticket to purchase
• Council Table- bring out council board
• Marisa confirmed that this will be her last year of organizing bake sale
• Christine will not be chairing BBQ Committee next year
• Alfonso to take on BBQ committee

Teacher Appreciation:

• Donation email has been sent out. Reminder will be sent out
• Google form sent to staff for orders

Pick up/drop off Safety Blitz:

• Diana recommended to start first week - September 9
• June 8th tentative date- 8:20am, Monique, Alfonso, Diana

Fundraising/SCOL:

• Review calendar for lunches for 2026/2027
• Lunch Vendors - keep same vendors for first session
• Tahini - not so good feedback was received
• Discussion over Shishlix vs. Pars Grill
• Look into Joe’s Burgers and Nonna’s Oven
• Send out a survey to kids about what lunches they like
• Send email to current lunch volunteers about volunteering for next year

Committee Wrap Up and Volunteers:

• Armita - Book Swap
• Alfonso - BBQ

• We have various committees that people can take on
• Emails to go out to school to get more volunteers and/or committee chairs
• Current parent volunteers are leaving school in a couple of years and new parents/younger families to come in
• Demographics changing in community - back to work or not working from home is making more difficult to find volunteers
• Research more ways to get more parent volunteers involved
